What are Asset Surveys?
An asset survey is an analysis of a property or asset which lists out all the building and engineering systems included in the purchase or valuation of the asset. Attribute information is also collated on the asset to provide a broader picture of the asset’s value.
A common example of when this would be used is for a school, which is made of multiple buildings and have many systems such as heating included in the purchase, and therefore have a more complex valuation when compared to a house.
