Many commonly reported defects relate either directly or indirectly with movement from structural elements like humidity; cracks due dehydration/ expansion-induced shrinkage ; condensation which may lead moisture intrusion through sealed joints etc.
Before any repair work commences there must firstly be full analysis done on site so as to ensure we solve the root cause of any problem instead of simply getting rid of the symptoms of the problem.
