What Does Architectural Design Entail?

Architectural design involves the initial conception of a new build or renovation project, which involves the detailed planning of the aesthetic and size of the structure, as well as ensuring it is designed in a way that ensures structural integrity to create a coherent and functional structure while meeting your specific design needs.

In all our designs our priority is to meet your aims and objectives and to keep to your budget. We aim to work with you to create a bespoke interior to reflect your personal or company image, always ensuring that we stay well within the limits of financial viability for the scheme.

Architectural Design Service

We offer either a full Design and Management Service from inception to completion or a design-only.

Among the services we offer are:

In the course of almost any project the input of additional consultants is required and we work closely with a number of well established professionals.

The consent of both the building owner and adjoining home-owner is required before any work can be carried out on a party wall. This document must stipulate that you have permission in writing for whatever type or size project you’re working with, whether it’s remedial measures only or if there are potential future improvements too!

The legislation applies in England and Wales but does not extend into Scotland or Northern Ireland.

It’s vital to stay compliant to avoid any future disputes over who is liable for problems or damage to the wall.
