Meet Our People

We are a multi-disciplinary practice providing a comprehensive range of services for commercial and private property development. Every project we undertake is managed personally by one of our Partners.

Founder

Trevor Hall BSc. FRICS FFPWS

Founder of STH in 1987, is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 35 years’ experience in the property industry. Trevor is highly experienced in all aspects of development including commercial, industrial, residential and care facilities.

Partner

Nick Sharp BSc. Hons. MRICS MFPWS

Partner, and Chartered Building Surveyor joined us in 2010. Nick specialises in party wall matters and manages a range of developments for residential and commercial portfolios, repair and redecoration programmes and surveying projects.

Paul Simmons

An associate partner, is an Architectural Technologist who joined us in 1997. He has extensive knowledge of site management, property services and architectural design and detailing.
