Three Dimensional Visualisation

Construction details for contractors and building control

Why 3D Visualisation?

3D Visualisation is a great tool that you can utilise to view what the outcome of your project will look like as a dynamic model, accurate to what it will look like when fully built. This allows you to notice any changes you want made prior to the building project, ensuring that you don’t end up with an outcome you’re unhappy with, or spend time and money on alterations.

Three Dimensional Visualisation Service

We are completely CAD-enabled to ensure a state-of-the-art approach to your project.

Our concepts and 3D visualisations give you an exciting and clear image of how your completed project could look. They also allow you to explore variations, so you can be sure you have the design you want before the project is committed.

For commercial projects, of course, our 3D visualisations provide ideal material for sales and marketing.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found surveyor Nick Sharp most professional and personable. His knowledgeable, speedy responses to calls and emails made for a refreshing experience. I highly recommend him and his team at Simmons Taylor Hall.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nick was a tremendous help with surveying our home and providing a timely report. He also arranged for our Party Wall Award, which was at times quite testing. He was professional and experienced all the way through. We will use him again if we ever needed too.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In my search for a new home, STH had the dubious “privilege” of providing me with three (!) building surveys on three prospective properties. Thankfully, the third survey passed muster and gave me the assurance to complete on the purchase.

Communication with Trevor, Nick and the team was excellent. They were approachable and knowledgeable, and the sound, professional advice received was greatly appreciated. I would certainly use STH again and have no hesitation in recommending them to you.
